The Dumbo Film Festival (DFF) is organized by the Dumbo Film Festival Nonprofit (501)(c)(3) Corporation with the purpose to:
-build a bridge between the different cultures that can be experienced under the wing of independent cinema
-scout and support emergent filmmakers.
